ARCA, the restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin-starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, brings a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails to the city centre of Amsterdam.
