Job summary

Hotelprofessionals is hiring a Dishwasher for the ARCA restaurant in Amsterdam. This role entails ensuring high hygiene standards by cleaning china, glass, and machinery in a busy kitchen environment.

Dishwasher – art'otel and ARCA

ARCA, a restaurant and bar concept by two Michelin starred Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, brings a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails to the city centre of Amsterdam. We are looking to add a jewel (Dishwasher) to our chest to help unlock the ARCA brand.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• You understand the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of our guests
• You are to work at flexible times including late night shifts finishing at 2am
• Cleaning of the china, glass and silverware as well as the equipment, machinery and working areas behind the scenes in the kitchen is your top priority
• People would describe you as enthusiastic and willing to learn
