Job summary

ING Nederland in Amsterdam is seeking an Associate or Vice President to join the Acquisition Finance NL & DACH team. You will evaluate, structure and execute leveraged finance transactions from start to finish, collaborating with private equity sponsors, portfolio companies and ING's capital markets teams.

You will gain broad exposure across senior secured loans, second lien debt, high-yield and revolvers, while mentoring analysts and supporting risk and regulatory processes in a fast-paced,

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of relevant experience in leveraged finance, corporate lending, capital markets, advisory or related fields.
• Strong credit and financial analysis skills.
• Experience with financial modelling.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, structure and execute transactions from start to finish.
• Coordinate internal approval processes and engage with risk and stakeholders.
• Support syndication and investor presentations.
• Mentor analysts and junior team members.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
