Job summary

Prothya Biosolutions Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Vice President Quality to shape and drive the global quality strategy across all sites, including Amsterdam and Brussels.

In this senior role you will ensure GMP/regulatory compliance, lead Quality Systems, CAPA, audits, risk management and validation, and mentor a high-performing team. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are an advantage.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field; PhD is a plus.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in Quality within biopharmaceutical industry, with at least 8 years in senior leadership.
• Deep knowledge of GMP, regulatory requirements, and quality systems.
• Proven track record in managing global teams and complex projects.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the global Quality strategy aligned with corporate objectives.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, EMA, FDA, and other relevant regulatory standards.
• Oversee Quality Systems, including CAPA, audits, risk management, and validation.
