Responsibilities
- Implement visual standards, concepts, and campaigns in store according to brand guidelines, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and Stockroom Coordinator on floorset planning and execution, fostering strong teamwork.
- Manage timely placement of new product on the sales floor within visual guidelines.
- Support key product launches and maintain optimal product levels to drive sell‑through.
- Analyze and monitor sales and KPIs to actively drive revenue.
- Maintain promotional materials, marketing signage, product signage, and graphics as directed to ensure alignment with brand identity.
- Refresh mannequins and product displays in line with guidelines, bringing seasonal stories to life.
- Train store team on product knowledge and visual merchandising standards to enhance selling capability.
- Perform Duty Manager responsibilities when required.
- Act as keyholder for opening and, occasionally, closing the store to receive deliveries.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of visual merchandising experience in a retail environment.
- Highly self‑motivated, creative, organized with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to build and maintain positive team relationships and communicate effectively.
- Knowledge of current seasonal trends and affinity with the New Balance brand and lifestyle.
- Flexible schedule – willing to work early mornings, weekends, holidays; some travel may be required.
- Proactive team player who thrives in a collaborative environment.

Reports to Store Manager with a dotted line to Regional Visual Merchandiser.
