Qualifications

• PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a closely related discipline.
• Strong research record with a clear vision for future research in visual analytics or related fields.
• Enthusiasm for teaching and developing courses in visual analytics and related CS topics.
• Excellent English communication in an international academic environment.
• Ability to develop an independent, internationally visible research programme.
• Motivation to develop collaborations with academia, industry, and society.
• Experience with or potential for securing external research funding.
• Experience supervising students/researchers or clear potential to do so.
• For Associate Professor: proven independent profile, funding, supervision, and leadership.

Responsibilities
