Job summary

BOAS is a fast vintage fashion platform that saves clothes from being burnt and donates 90% of profits to save lives. We are looking for a full-time intern to join our team in Amsterdam for a 6-month internship starting ASAP, on-site in Amsterdam Westpoort (1047 BP).

You will upload items, handle customer service, shipping, and returns, and help optimize processes. You live in or near Amsterdam and share our passion for doing good in the world.

BOAS is the fast vintage fashion platform that saves clothes from being burnt and donates 90% of profits to save lives. We're looking for our newest lifesaver to join us in Amsterdam to scale our operations.

To achieve more good, we are looking for a full-time intern for a 6-month internship to start ASAP on-site in Amsterdam Westpoort (1047 BP)

Tasks

What will you do?

• You will be responsible for uploading Items online.
• You will take care of customer service.
• You will handle shipping and returns.
• You will help make the processes more optimized.
• Based on discussion you can work in our store some days.

Requirements

• Getting things done mindset
• Good communication skills, goal orientation and motivation
• IT affinity, confident use of MS Office
• Friendly behaviour
• But most importantly: a normal office job is not enough for you and you want to actively do good in the world
• You live in or near Amsterdam
