Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a Creative & Design Specialist contractor to support a customer project focused on graphic design, multimedia production, UI/UX, motion graphics, and creative workflows.

You will evaluate AI-generated outputs and provide high-quality human feedback for AI training, with prior paid experience in human-data work required. The role is remote and worldwide with flexible scheduling and deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, video editing, motion graphics, UI/UX, or related creative fields.
• Proficiency with relevant creative applications; experience with comparable tools is welcome.
• Verified, paid experience in AI human-data work including data labeling, annotation, RLHF, AI output evaluation, model evaluation, or rubric-based grading.

Responsibilities

• Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
• Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
• Review creative outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
• Provide detailed annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
• Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
• Assess elements such as composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
• Follow project guidelines and deliver high-quality work within agreed timelines.
