YO AI Labs seeks a Creative & Design Specialist to support AI-driven projects across graphic design, video, motion, and UI/UX workflows.

You will evaluate AI outputs, provide high-quality human feedback for training, and annotate content to help improve model performance. This role emphasizes attention to detail and independent work in a remote setting.

Qualifications

Paid experience in AI human-data work is required.
Strong portfolio in graphic design, video editing or UI/UX.
Proficiency with industry-standard design tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

Complete structured creative tasks using tools such as Figma, Canva, Adobe After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CorelDRAW, CLO3D, Camtasia, Adobe Lightroom, Mural, Milanote, and Behance.
Evaluate AI-generated designs, images, videos, and multimedia outputs for quality, usability, accuracy, and realism.
Review outputs against professional design standards and project criteria.
Provide annotations, ratings, and constructive feedback on AI-generated content.
Document observations and recommend improvements to creative workflows and tool usage.
Assess composition, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, motion, editing, and overall user experience.
