Job summary

SIGRA in Purmerend zoekt een Verzorgende IG plus voor de regio Zaanstreek. Jij werkt zelfstandig in de buurt en in een hecht team, waarbij je zorgt voor cliënten thuis en hen ondersteunt om zo lang mogelijk zelfredzaam te blijven. Je assisteert bij ADL, voert verpleegtechnische handelingen uit en coördineert zorgplannen in samenwerking met andere zorgprofessionals. Het aanbod omvat een salaris tussen €2.881 en €3.733 per 36 uur, een pensioenplan, en andere voordelen.

Qualifications

• Voltooide of momenteel voorkomende opleiding tot verpleegkundige IG.
• Ervaring in het ontwikkelen van zorgplannen vereist.
• Deskundigheid in specifieke focusgebieden zoals wondzorg, medicatie, of kwaliteit & veiligheid.

Responsibilities

• Verlenen van assistentie met ADL, uitvoeren van verpleegtechnische handelingen.
• Ondersteunen van cliënten bij het maken van hun eigen keuzes.
• Mentoren van studenten en stagiaires.

Verzorgende IG plus – regio Zaanstreek

Location: Zaanstreek. Salary: FWG 40 €2.881– €3.733 per 36 uur (excl. onregelmatigheidstoeslag), +3.5% per 1 juli. Flexible hours.

Job Overview

You will work independently in the neighborhood but also in a close team at one of four local offices, providing care for clients in their homes and supporting them to stay at home as long as possible.

Responsibilities

You will provide assistance with ADL, perform nursing technical procedures, and promote clients' self-reliance. You will support clients in making their own choices, mentor students and interns, and provide support to family members. As a VIG plus, you handle specific focus areas and organize expertise within the team, aiming to keep clients in control of their lives in a familiar environment.

Collaborate with other caregivers, including general practitioners, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists. Together with the district nurse, you will manage up-to-date care plans and coordinate care for WLZ clients.
