Overview

We hire a Verzorgende IG to support elderly residents in the Verzorgd Wonen team, assisting with both physical and mental challenges to enhance their independence and wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support to residents, fostering self‑sufficiency.
• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, eating, and personal hygiene.
• Perform nursing technical tasks including medication administration and wound care.
• Detect changes in health and wellbeing and respond appropriately.
• Collaborate with colleagues, families, and the surrounding community to promote residents’ wellbeing.

Benefits

• Direct permanent contract with a starter bonus of €750 bruto (€375 after probation, €375 after one year).
• Competitive salary according to VVT collective agreement: €2,643.39 – €3,471.46 per month for a 36‑hour week (FWG 35), or €2,881.14 – €3,733.75 per month for a 36‑hour week when EVV tasks are performed (FWG 40).
• Year‑end bonus 8.33 %, holiday allowance 8 %, travel allowance €0.23 per km.
