ESA is looking for a versatile All-Round Slaughterhouse Worker to join our team in the Netherlands. You will help manage the process from start to finish, ensuring high-quality meat products.

In this role you perform slaughtering tasks, operate knives safely, and uphold stringent hygiene and quality standards. You’ll also contribute to process improvements and mentor new colleagues as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in slaughter or meat sector preferred.
• Good physical condition and precise working attitude.
• Proficiency in Dutch or English.

Responsibilities

• Perform slaughtering tasks from skinning to cutting.
• Operate air knives and other tools safely.
• Ensure compliance with hygiene and quality regulations.
• Consider process improvements and work efficiently.
• Train and guide new colleagues when necessary.
