As a beef Slaughterer, you will be responsible for:

• Performing one or more stages of the beef slaughtering process.
• Carrying out preparatory tasks such as stunning and bleeding.
• Removing hides and internal organs safely and accurately.
• Using knives and other slaughtering tools professionally and safely.
• Inspecting your work and maintaining the required quality standards.
• Working efficiently while maintaining the required production pace.
• Keeping your workplace, knives and other tools clean and hygienic.
• Complying with animal-welfare, safety, hygiene and food-quality regulations.
