Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a project manager in the Dutch civil engineering (GWW) or water sector.
• Strong capabilities in leading integrated and/or multidisciplinary teams.
• Political/administrative sensitivity combined with strong substantive expertise.

Responsabilités

• Lead the single lot team and safeguard the balance between Rijkswaterstaat and contracting partners.
• Be responsible for delivery within the fixed budget, including prioritisation and optimisation.
• Act as a discussion partner for Rijkswaterstaat on progress, risks, and scope changes.
