RiboPro in Oss is seeking an enthusiastic Embedded Software Engineer to contribute to the growth of mRNA applications in the global high-tech sector. You will be responsible for the design and development of software controlling their RNA manufacturing machines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or related fields.
• Experience with one or more programming languages such as C/C++, Rust, Python.
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal implementations.
• Familiarity with building and testing of prototypes.

Responsibilities

• Design and test bench-top prototypes.
• Collect and analyse experimental data.
• Develop firmware for in-house projects and commercial products.
• Develop lab automation tools.
• Interact with external suppliers for custom PCBs and firmware development.

Skills

• Design and test bench-top prototypes
• Collect and analyse experimental data
• Develop firmware for both in-house projects and commercial products
• Develop lab automation tools
• Interact with external suppliers for custom PCBs and firmware development

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in software engineering, computer science, electrical engineering or related fields
• Experience with one or more programming language, such as C/C++, Rust, Python
• Experience with real-time operating systems (RTOS) and bare-metal implementations
• Familiar with Git version control
• Familiarity with electronic components selection, and design and development of PCBs
• Familiar with building and testing of prototypes
• Experience with lab automation or scientific instrumentation
• Affinity with biology, chemistry, mechatronics and high-tech projects
• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English
