Job summary
A2G Consulting, a staffing company based in the Netherlands, is seeking a UX Designer to create user-centric digital experiences for clients across Europe and Asia. Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or equivalent.
- Proven experience in UX Design.
- Strong experience in user research and usability testing.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent Dutch, written and spoken.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
- User-centric mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Create user-centric and intuitive digital experiences.
- Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing.
- Translate user and business needs into effective UX solutions.
- Collaborate with Product, Business, Technology, and other cross-functional teams.
- Present UX concepts and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and facilitate UX discussions and workshops in Dutch.
