Job summary

VitalAire Canada Inc. is seeking a TAR Manager to lead turnarounds across North & Central Europe, focusing on Botlek (Rotterdam) and Antwerp sites.

You will drive scope definition, planning, and execution, ensuring timely deliveries, budget adherence, and proper capitalization of project results. Ideal candidates have a bachelor degree, at least 5 years in turnaround or project management, and strong coordination skills with internal teams and external contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor-level degree required.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• 2 years in turnaround and/or project management.
• Project management and budget control skills.
• Knowledge of Maximo, MS Project and MS Office.
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead TAR cycle preparation, execution and capitalization.
• Coordinate scope, timelines and resources across sites.
• Manage work preparation, procurement and on-site execution.
• Oversee daily progress meetings and documentation wrap-up.
