Job summary

Responsibilities include defining scope, preparing RFQ packages, managing procurement interfaces, and driving daily progress meetings while tracking costs and financial closures. Fluency in English is required; Dutch/German a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor level of capabilities and a minimum of 5 years of professional work experience.
• At least 2 years of experience in turn around and/or project management.
• Strong project management skills and cost & budget control abilities.
• Knowledge of maintenance information software (Maximo, MS Project, MS Office).
• Fluent in English; Dutch or German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define the TAR scope and manage the turnaround schedule and milestones.
• Prepare bid-packages for RFQ and oversee the ordering process.
• Coordinate work preparation and CMMS representation (Maximo).
• Lead daily progress meetings and resolve issues with stakeholders.
• Ensure financial closure and proper documentation of the turnover.
