Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking aTechnical Product Manager - Treasury to lead treasury platform initiatives (SAP ECC/S4, JAVA, SWIFT) and drive the strategy across global teams. You will partner with stakeholders to prioritize features, manage ROI, and ensure seamless delivery of programs from planning through deployment.

The role requires deep Finance and Treasury knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, cross-border initiatives while maintaining compliance and operational

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in IT or CS.
• 5+ years’ Treasury solutions experience (SAP/SWIFT).
• 1+ full cycle of S/4HANA implementation for Finance.
• 2+ years people management experience.
• Experience with agile/scrum and Jira/Confluence.
• Experience with cloud-based delivery (SaaS).

Responsibilities

• Set a clear product vision and multi-generation strategy.
• Prioritize features by business value and manage ROI.
• Define global strategies with business partners and optimize processes.
• Collaborate with Technology orgs to deliver initiatives successfully.
• Lead medium to large projects and coach the team.
• Oversee treasury system development and report to leadership.
