Qualifications

• Master or PhD in Business, Finance.
• 3–5 years Cash Management and FX Management experience, esp. FX trading and daily cash dispositioning.
• Strong interest in digitalization within Treasury.
• Proven structural thinker with project management experience.
• Experience working in global, multicultural, virtual teams.
• Well-organized with strong decision-making and communication with Banks and internal stakeholders.
• International experience outside home country and intercultural sensitivity.
• Growth mindset and flexible attitude.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Portuguese, Turkish, French, German) are assets.

Responsibilities

• Perform Cash Management and FX management for Siemens Healthineers entities in the EMEA region in line with centrally defined Treasury strategies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Zone Finance, Sales, Legal, Tax and Accounting) to ensure processes are compliant and effective.
• Interact with banks and external stakeholders to stay ahead of market developments supporting the business in EMEA.
• Proactively promote digitalization of cash management and FX activities across the region.
