Job summary

Brewer Morris partners with a fast-growing healthcare business to recruit a Treasury & e-Payment Operations Manager to join its finance leadership team. This role leads a team spread across Germany and the Netherlands, focusing on treasury operations, cash management, cash flow forecasting, and payment processes across the organisation.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of treasury and e-payments experience.
• Experience managing e-payment processes and payment operations.
• Strong cash management and cash flow forecasting experience.
• Fluency in English; German language skills desirable.
• Willing to relocate to the Sevenum area or commute regularly to the office.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the operational management of e-payment processes, supporting business growth and customer experience objectives.
• Take ownership of the group’s treasury operations, ensuring effective liquidity management and accurate cash flow forecasting.
• Lead and develop a team of 6 treasury professionals
• Champion treasury transformation initiatives, partnering closely with Technology teams to improve systems, automation, and operational efficiency
