Job summary

Interrail is seeking a Social Content Creator to produce and shape short-form video and visual content across Reels, TikTok, Stories and Carousels. You’ll shoot and edit for platform-native storytelling, turning ideas into repeatable formats that engage current and future travellers.

You’ll collaborate with the Social Lead and Creator Partnerships team, travel across Europe for shoots, and help grow Interrail’s social presence with a distinctive, authentic voice.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience creating short-form video and social content.
• Portfolio or reel showing shooting, editing and storytelling ability.
• Working knowledge of Canva, Edits, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, CapCut.
• "Chronically online" with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.

Responsibilities

• Shoot, edit and design short-form video and visual content (Reels, TikTok, Shorts, Stories, carousels).
• Run fast-turnaround production cycles including content trips across Europe.
• Develop original ideas and repeatable formats for platform-native storytelling.
• Support the monthly and weekly organic social calendar.
• Be comfortable hosting or appearing on camera.
• Track platform trends and turning moments into timely content.
• Collaborate with Creator Partnerships Specialist on campaigns.
• Source and repost traveller UGC with permission; build cross-brand relationships.
• Align with teams on calendar, strategy and insights.
