Job summary

Unique in Tilburg zoekt een Transportplanner die zorgt voor vlekkeloze orders en transportplanningen. Je coördineert met magazijn en externe partners en lost onverwachte uitdagingen snel op om logistiek gestroomlijnd te houden.

Je werkt fulltime, 40 uur, met flexibele tijden, en krijgt een bruto maandelijks loon tussen €2.700 en €2.900 plus 25 vakantiedagen en 8% vakantietoeslag. Reiskosten krijg je vergoed en er is gratis parkeren en fietsberging.

Qualifications

• MBO 4-diploma bij voorkeur logistiek.
• Engels vloeiend in spreken en schrijven.
• Ervaring met administratieve taken en stressbestendigheid.
• Nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
• Teamplayer met positieve houding en humor.

Responsibilities

• Plan transportdata en schedules in afstemming met vervoerders en boek zendingen.
• Verwerk klantorders en volg ze op in het systeem voor nauwkeurigheid.
• Communiceer met magazijn over voorraad en met externe partijen (leveranciers, vervoerders).
• Volg transportkosten en stel wekelijkse/maandelijkse rapporten op.

Wat ga je precies doen

As a Transport planner, you make sure orders and transport schedules run smoothly. You’ll coordinate urgent shipments, work closely with the warehouse and external partners, and quickly solve unexpected challenges to keep logistics moving.

What You Will Do:

• Plan: transport schedules in coordination with carriers and book shipments efficiently;
• Process: customer orders and follow up on them in the system to ensure accuracy;
• Communicate: with the warehouse about inventory management and external parties like suppliers and carriers;
• Track: transport costs and prepare weekly and monthly reports to maintain transparency;
• Resolve: ad-hoc issues and contribute to optimizing logistics operations for better efficiency.
