Job summary

Jobster in Tilburg zoekt een Transportplanner om ervoor te zorgen dat orders en transportschema’s soepel verlopen. Je coördineert spoedzendingen, werkt nauw samen met het magazijn en externe partners en lost onverwachte uitdagingen snel op om de logistiek draaiende te houden.

Je plant transporten in overleg met vervoerders, verwerkt orders in het systeem en bewaakt kosten. De functie vereist een MBO 4 diploma in logistiek en vloeiend Engels.

Qualifications

• MBO 4 diploma, bij voorkeur in logistiek.
• Vloeiend Engels (spreken en schrijven).
• Ervaring met administratieve taken en stressbesturing.
• Nauwkeurig, analytisch en oplossingsgericht.
• Teamspeler met een positieve houding en humor.

Responsibilities

• Plan transportafspraken met vervoerders en boek zendingen efficiënt.
• Verwerk klantorders en volg ze op in het systeem voor nauwkeurigheid.
• Communiceer met het magazijn over voorraadbeheer en externe partijen.
• Volg transportkosten en stel wekelijks en maandelijks rapporten op.
• Los ad-hoc problemen op en draag bij aan optimalisatie van logistieke processen.

What You Will Do:

• Plan: transport schedules in coordination with carriers and book shipments efficiently;
• Process: customer orders and follow up on them in the system to ensure accuracy;
• Communicate: with the warehouse about inventory management and external parties like suppliers and carriers;
• Track: transport costs and prepare weekly and monthly reports to maintain transparency;
• Resolve: ad-hoc issues and contribute to optimizing logistics operations for better efficiency.

• Gross monthly salary between €2,700 and €2,900;
• Permanent contract for a full-time position;
• 40-hour workweek with flexible working hours;
