Responsibilities

• Planning cargo transportation (using the TMS system)
• Monitoring shipments and intervening in case of delays
• Constant communication with carriers, customer service, and terminals
• Controlling and optimizing transportation costs

Qualifications

• Ability to make quick decisions
• Ability to handle stressful situations
• High flexibility and reliability
• Communicative knowledge of English, both spoken and written (knowledge of Dutch is preferred)
• Familiarity with the geography of Europe (especially the Benelux and Germany) is a plus
• Experience in the logistics industry, especially in freight forwarding/multimodal transport, is an additional asset
