Job summary

Cello Square by Samsung SDS Europe in Tilburg seeks a Supervisor Transport Front Office to lead and develop the front office team, ensuring KPI targets and exceptional customer service. You will drive continuous improvements and bring the team to a higher professional level.

You will coordinate daily transit activities, monitor deliveries, manage service providers, and implement proactive measures to prevent delays, while fostering strong customer relationships and efficient HR practices.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer service or transport-oriented role.
• Inspirational leadership and coaching capability.
• Professional verbal and written English communication.
• Advanced MS Word and Excel skills.
• Experience with demanding customers and high-pressure circumstances.
• Conversational Dutch and planning experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the front office team to meet KPI and customer expectations.
• Coordinate daily transit activities and re-route freight to minimize cost.
• Provide proactive info to customers during delays or risks.
• Collaborate with transport providers and ensure on-time delivery KPIs.
• Execute HR tasks, performance reviews, and team meetings.
