Job summary

GROW is seeking a Transport Equipment Mechanic for a client in the Netherlands. You will perform maintenance, diagnose defects, and repair mechanical and electrical systems in a modular, logistics-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of relevant experience, reads technical drawings, and holds a valid Driver’s License (B). The role offers a salary range with additional benefits and a pathway to advancement.

Qualifications

• Graduate with 3-year vocational course, diploma, or Bachelor’s in Mechanical Technology or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience diagnosing mechanical issues, electrical systems, welding, and mechanical works.
• Strong interest in transport and logistics; able to read technical drawings/manuals.
• Good command of English; valid DL Code B license.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance like oil changes and tire replacements.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical defects.
• Replace brake components as required.
• Repair tarpaulins and perform structural/welding work.
• Work with electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components; read client drawings.
