Job summary

PwC Nederland seeks a Consultant Transfer Pricing to advise multinational clients on how profits are allocated across entities, translating international tax laws into practical guidance. You’ll join an international team spanning MMPS, ITS, and FS, with roles across client interviews, financial analysis, and documentation of TP methodologies.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in tax law, tax economics or an economic, financial or business-related field.
• Analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers.
• Interested in the business world and the industries our clients operate in.
• Dutch and/or English speaking and writing skills at a high level.
• Affinity with digital tools and the ambition to become digitally savvy.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on transfer pricing and support implementation in collaboration with PwC teams.
• Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate advice on restructurings and IP transfers.
• Conduct interviews with clients about earnings, operating and organizational models.
• Draft memos and reports documenting analyses and the applied transfer pricing methodology.
• Stay up to date on international developments and share during technical team meetings.
