PwC Netherlands is seeking a Consultant Transfer Pricing to help multinational clients optimize profit allocation across entities. You will interview management, analyse financial statements and agreements, and work with the ITS, FS and MMPS disciplines.

You will advise on transfer pricing, perform quantitative and legal analyses, and draft memos and reports while staying current with international developments. The role offers hybrid working and client-site engagements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in tax law, tax economics or an economic, financial or business-related field.
• Analytically strong and comfortable working with numbers.
• Dutch and/or English speaking and writing at a high level.

Responsabilités

• Advise clients on transfer pricing and support implementation in collaboration with PwC teams.
• Perform quantitative and legal analyses to substantiate advice, e.g., restructurings and IP transfers.
• Interview clients to understand earnings, operations and organisational models.
• Draft memos and reports documenting analyses and TP methodology.
• Stay updated on international developments and share insights in team meetings.
