Currently, they are looking for a Training Specialist Dredging to join their new team in Kinderdijk.

Job Profile for Training Specialist Dredging

Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

  • Develop and update technical and operational training programs (primarily in English)
  • Deliver classroom, digital, and simulator-based training
  • Conduct “train-the-trainer” programs for clients
  • Translate client needs into customised learning solutions
  • Provide demonstrations for clients and prospects
  • Ensure client satisfaction through clear communication and professional delivery
  • Be involved in designing and delivering the annual General Dredging Course

Candidate Profile for Training Specialist Dredging

  • Must be fluent in English, written and spoken. Knowledge of Dutch is a plus
  • Proven experience in the dredging industry (operational or technical) is essential
  • Strong affinity with technology and knowledge transfer
  • Confident communicator who enjoys presenting to groups
  • Willingness to travel internationally regularly
  • Ability to work independently and engage effectively with both clients and colleagues
