Job summary

Monday Merch is expanding its hands-on traineeship in Rotterdam, starting at the heart of our warehouse operations. You will master logistics fundamentals, then lead a team and optimize processes to support our global distribution.

You will manage 3–10 person teams, design rosters for peak times, and ensure every shipment meets quality standards. A Bachelor’s degree or related experience is a plus, with a clear path to senior operations roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or warehouse/logistics experience is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a hands-on attitude.
• Ability to explain tasks clearly and keep the team focused under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams of 3–10 people across departments, ensuring everyone is aligned, motivated, and hitting their marks.
• Take ownership of day-to-day warehouse activities—ensuring our logistics run smoothly, no matter which department needs you most that day.
• Design smart rosters to ensure we have maximum availability during peak times.
• Maintain our reputation by overseeing strict quality control on every single shipment that enters or leaves the building.
• Don't just follow the manual—help us write it. You'll identify bottlenecks and implement smarter ways to work.
