Qualifications

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics or related quantitative field.
• Expertise in finance, energy markets, commodity trading or banking.
• Strong general management capabilities and strategic judgment under uncertainty.
• Proven ability to transform complex, high-performing trading and analytical organizations.
• Ability to drive digitization and model-based decision making.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trade transformation and governance improvements across the organization.
• Drive the implementation of the target operating model and performance management.
• Ensure risk transparency and robust control frameworks.
• Collaborate with Trade Management Team to scale and automate trading capabilities.
