Job summary

Star in Rotterdam seeks a Process/Facilities Engineer with 5+ years of experience to support Topsides Engineering and ensure timely delivery of milestones. You will coordinate readiness activities, review technical documentation, and manage design changes through MOC processes.

The role requires strong problem solving, autonomous work, and excellent communication to align multiple engineering disciplines and stakeholders throughout start-up and commissioning phases.

Qualifications

• Process or facilities engineer with minimum five years of experience.
• Ability to coordinate technical interfaces across stakeholders.
• Strong problem solving, analytical thinking, and autonomous work style.
• Experience with Start-Up/Commissioning availability is a plus.
• Good communication and time management skills mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Support Topsides Engineering to deliver and close out milestones.
• Coordinate Lesson Learned and Operation Readiness activities.
• Facilitate technical alignment between engineering disciplines and stakeholders.
• Assist in resolution of site observations, commissioning findings, and start-up issues.
• Review designs, calculations, drawings and ensure compliance with design basis.
• Manage design changes via MOC and track engineering interfaces.
