Booston BV is seeking a Tool Grinder to join its precision engineering team in Hoogeveen, Netherlands. You will develop and optimize cutting tools, program grinding cycles with ANCA, and inspect tools to ensure aerospace-grade quality.

This role requires a proactive team player, two-shift availability, and good English. You will work with advanced machinery and gain extensive training, career progression, and a competitive monthly salary of €3,500–€4,200 depending on experience.

Qualificações

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve new and existing cutting tools, including milling cutters and drills.
• Program grinding cycles using ANCA software.
• Program measuring routines using Zoller Genius.
• Inspect and measure cutting tools.
• Perform CNC grinding on ANCA grinding machines.
• Carry out conventional tool grinding when required.
• Manage tooling and material inventory.
• Work in accordance with the strict quality standards of the aerospace industry.

Within the Toolshop, cutting tools are designed, manufactured and maintained in-house to support production. Youll work with advanced machinery, specialised software and experienced colleagues in an environment where quality and continuous improvement are part of the daily routine.

Function
