Job summary

GENUINE seeks a Creator Manager (m/f/d) to lead creator strategy for major brands in Cologne. You will build a strong creator network, develop creators strategically, and translate brand goals into clear briefs that empower TikTok-native content that sells.

Responsibilities include scouting talent, coaching creators, and maintaining regular collaboration with TikTok teams to leverage new features. Dutch and English are required for internal communication.

Qualifications

• Initial experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media.
• Native-level Dutch and good English for internal communication.
• Strong understanding of TikTok hooks, social commerce, and creator content optimization.

Responsibilities

• Manage creator strategy for core brands and translate goals into actionable briefs.
• Build and grow a creator network and establish long-term partnerships.
• Coach creators with hooks, trend insights and content feedback to drive sales.
• Scout and onboard new creators and collaborate with TikTok teams on features.
