Job summary

Bayards Aluminium Solutions is seeking a skilled TIG Welder to join the team in Nieuw-Lekkerland. You will weld aluminium structures for various projects worldwide, ensuring strong, accurate, and visually flawless welds that meet the highest quality standards.

You will read technical drawings, set up welding equipment, and perform inspections while maintaining a clean and safe workspace. The role emphasizes independence, accuracy, and collaboration with production and assembly teams.

Qualifications

• Completed technical vocational education (MBO or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a TIG Welder, preferably with aluminium structures.
• Able to read technical drawings and work independently from drawings.
• Work accurately, independently, with a strong focus on quality.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and welding specifications.
• Set up TIG welding equipment according to project requirements.
• Tack-weld and TIG-weld aluminium components and structures.
• Perform intermediate weld inspections and report deviations.
• Ensure neat finishing and maintain a clean, safe work area.
• Keep TIG welding and aluminium welding knowledge up to date.
• Collaborate with production and assembly colleagues to achieve best results.
