Job summary

Lamers High Tech Systems, onderdeel van Aalberts, zoekt een TIG-lasser voor toepassingen in dunwandige RVS piping en gasdistributiesystemen in de hightech industrie. U werkt in een moderne cleanroomomgeving aan hoogwaardige systemen voor de halfgeleiderindustrie.

Locatie is Wijchen. Vereiste mbo-opleiding en aantoonbare ervaring met orbital en TIG-lassen, leesvaardigheid tekeningen en beheersing van Nederlands/Engels (minimaal B1). Er geldt een 2-ploegendienst en lange termijn mogelijkheden.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3/4 of gelijkwaardige technische opleiding (bijv. lassen of metaalbewerking).
• Ervaring met orbital lassen van roestvast staal.
• Ervaring met TIG-lassen van roestvrij staal.
• Lees en werk vanuit technische tekening(en).
• Goede beheersing van het Nederlands of Engels op minimaal B1-niveau.

Responsibilities

• Boorden van dunwandige RVS-buizen met Ø 5–20 mm lassen.
• TIG-lassen van roestvrij staal buizen en componenten met wrijfdikte 0,5–2,0 mm.
• Werken volgens tekeningen en strikte kwaliteits- en cleanroomnormen.
• Producten zelfstandig positioneren, afstellen en inspecteren.
• Werken volgens strikte kwaliteits- en cleanroomnormen.

Do you have experience welding stainless steel and enjoy working on products where precision really matters? As a TIG Welder, you will work on thin-walled stainless steel piping and gas distribution systems for the high-tech industry.You will join Lamers High Tech Systems, part of Aalberts, in Wijchen. Here, you will work in a modern cleanroom environment on high-quality systems for the semiconductor industry.

Functie

• Orbital welding of thin-walled stainless steel tubes with diameters from 5 to 20 mm
• TIG welding of stainless steel pipes and components with wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 2.0 mm
• Working according to technical drawings
• Independently positioning, aligning and inspecting products
• Working according to strict quality and cleanroom standards

Functie-eisen

• MBO level 3/4 or equivalent technical education, preferably in welding or metalworking
• Proven experience with orbital welding of stainless steel
• Experience with TIG welding of stainless steel
• Able to read and work from technical drawings
• Good command of Dutch or English at a minimum B1 level
• Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
