Job summary

Lamers High Tech Systems, onderdeel van Aalberts, levert hoogwaardige systemen voor de halfgeleiderindustrie en werkt in Wijchen in een moderne cleanroom-omgeving.

De functie richt zich op het TIG- en Orbital-lassen van roestvrij staal, lezen van tekeningen en nauwkeurig positioneren en inspecteren van producten, onder strikte kwaliteitsnormen.

Qualifications

• MBO niveau 3/4 of gelijkwaardige technische opleiding, bij voorkeur lassen of metaaldwerk
• Ervaring met orbital welding van roestvrij staal
• Ervaring met TIG-welding van roestvrij staal
• Kunnen lezen en werken vanaf technische tekeningen
• Goede beheersing van Nederlands of Engels op minimaal B1-niveau
• Bereid om in een tweeploegendienst te werken

Responsibilities

• Orbital lassen van dunwandige roestvrijstalen buizen met diameters 5–20 mm
• TIG-lassen van roestvrijstalen leidingen en componenten met wanddikte 0,5–2,0 mm
• Werken volgens tekening
• Producten zelfstandig positioneren, afstellen en inspecteren
• Werken volgens strikte kwaliteits- en cleanroomnormen

Vacaturebeschrijving Do you have experience welding stainless steel and enjoy working on products where precision really matters? As a TIG Welder, you will work on thin-walled stainless steel piping and gas distribution systems for the high-tech industry.You will join Lamers High Tech Systems, part of Aalberts, in Wijchen. Here, you will work in a modern cleanroom environment on high-quality systems for the semiconductor industry.

At the facility in Wijchen, complex systems and solutions are produced for advanced chip manufacturing.Aalberts employs approximately 13,000 people across 50 countries and develops mission-critical technologies for industries including high-tech manufacturing, semiconductor, transportation and aerospace.

Functie

• Orbital welding of thin-walled stainless steel tubes with diameters from 5 to 20 mm
• TIG welding of stainless steel pipes and components with wall thicknesses from 0.5 to 2.0 mm
• Working according to technical drawings
• Independently positioning, aligning and inspecting products
• Working according to strict quality and cleanroom standards

Functie-eisen

• MBO level 3/4 or equivalent technical education, preferably in welding or metalworking
• Proven experience with orbital welding of stainless steel
• Experience with TIG welding of stainless steel
• Able to read and work from technical drawings
• Good command of Dutch or English at a minimum B1 level
• Willing to work in a 2-shift schedule
