Job summary

PPF Europe is seeking an Export Project Lead to own export initiatives from opportunity assessment with Sales through development, industrialization and first delivery, ensuring quality, regulatory and commercial requirements are met in international markets.

You will connect Product, Supply Chain, QA, Finance and Commercial teams, manage timelines, regulatory registrations and risks, and drive successful launches across global markets from Utrecht.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Development or Supply Chain.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with international/export markets and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Job description

As Export Project Lead, you will take full ownership of delivering export projects across international overseas markets (outside Europe). From opportunity assessment together with the Sales team through development, industrialization and first customer delivery, you ensure seamless execution across functions while meeting all quality, regulatory and commercial requirements.

You will operate at the heart of the organization—connecting Product, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Commercial teams—to bring new international business to life. As the central linking pin across functions, you will drive alignment, manage complexity and ensure successful project delivery from start to finish.

In this role you will report into the General Manager, Eric Arnoldussen.

What you\'ll do

• Own projects end-to-end – from opportunity management and deal approval to first customer delivery.
• Lead development and industrialization – work with internal stakeholders to ensure products are developed and industrialized successfully.
• Plan and manage timelines – set up, maintain and drive realistic project plans while ensuring key milestones are met.
• Support commercial opportunities – provide timelines, feasibility assessments and key requirements during tender and business development phases.
• Coordinate across teams – work closely with Product, Supply Chain, QA, Finance, factories and Commercial teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure export readiness – manage regulatory requirements, registrations, audits, export flows and operational feasibility.
• Manage risks and solve issues – proactively identify risks, dependencies and potential project derailers and drive corrective actions.
• Lead project governance – organize project meetings, monitor progress and keep stakeholders aligned through clear communication and reporting.
• Ensure operational readiness – coordinate product setup, master data readiness and launch preparations.
• Enable successful launches – ensure products, processes and operations are fully ready for first delivery.

Who you are

Experience

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Business, Supply Chain or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management, Product Development or Supply Chain. FMCG experience is preferred.
• Proven track record in managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with international/export markets and regulatory requirements.
