Test Manager – UAT & Functional Testing:

For one of our globally leading tech clients we are urgently looking for an experienced Test Manager – UAT & Functional Testing for a long contract based in Amsterdam.

Job Description:

• Manage the overall test process.
• Create and execute local detailed test plans for all test types: Integration, System Integration, Functional Acceptance Testing.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) covering local and cross-project integrations.
• Lead local teams across pre-UAT phases (ITS, SIT, FAT, UAT).
• Support business teams in creating test cases (FAT, UAT).
• Provide progress and quality reporting for all test phases, ensuring coverage of local testing priorities.
• Collaborate with UAT lead on scenarios (minimum FAT input).
• Conduct weekly meetings with the Cross Program Test Lead to review status/issues.
• Connect with Global End-to-End Lead regarding existing scenarios.
• Plan and support local automation of test scenarios with global/local teams.
• Ensure readiness of connectivity, configuration, and test data in collaboration with the Global team.
• Create and execute a detailed local UAT test plan.
• Support creation of local user test scenarios ensuring proper coverage.
• Assist users during test execution.
• Collaborate with Pre-UAT Test Lead on issue logging and related processes.
• Ensure local UAT environments function correctly, performing smoke tests and aligning with GIS.
• Provide progress, issue, and status reporting throughout testing cycles.
