Job summary

BrightStone Group is recruiting a Test Coordinator for Data Products in Amsterdam to lead end-to-end, integration and regression testing for a banking data environment. The assignment is 36 hours per week, hybrid from Amsterdam, running 16 November to 30 June 2027.

You will set up integrated test plans across data products, map dependencies, decide regression scope with multiple teams, and track progress, defects and blockers.

Qualifications

• Experience with end-to-end, integration and regression testing across multiple teams.
• Ability to map data product dependencies and assess impact.
• Strong understanding of data flows and downstream impacts.
• Relevant education in information management, data, IT, or business administration.

€6,900 to €9,000 gross a month, plus 8% holiday allowance. You're employed by BrightStone Group and work in the Finance & Risk data organisation of a large Dutch bank.

What the work is

• Set up integrated end-to-end test plans for the releases across several data products
• Map which products depend on which, and what a change will hit, before execution starts
• Decide the regression scope for the affected products and coordinate it with their teams
• Track progress, defects and blockers through each test cycle where everyone can see them

You work with several product and delivery teams and you don't belong to any of them. The cross-product result is yours.

What you bring

• Test management in complex data or IT environments
• End-to-end, integration and regression testing you've coordinated yourself, with more than one team
• You understand data chains well enough to say what breaks downstream when a source changes
• HBO or university level, preferably in information management, data, IT or business administration
• Finance or risk data is a real plus, and so is a Dutch bank on your CV
• Good English. The CV goes in English

What to know before you apply

• Start is 16 November, two weeks away. A longer notice period probably rules you out
• It runs to 30 June 2027. Nobody has promised an extension, and your contract with us runs for the same period
• You live in the Netherlands and already have the right to work here. We can't sponsor a visa
• You'll be screened before you start, by us and by the bank
