Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, brand marketing, trade marketing, or similar role.
• Fluency in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
• Experience coordinating retail marketing campaigns, marketing materials, or influencer marketing initiatives is a plus.
• Strong organizational and project management skills; able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Experience with social media campaigns on Meta and TikTok is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with key retail partners to develop and roll out marketing campaigns and materials, supporting sell-through performance while ensuring consistent brand execution across channels.
• Coordinate timely delivery of marketing assets to retail partners, ensuring brand guidelines are applied across consumer touchpoints.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, in-store execution, and sell-through data to strengthen brand visibility and positioning.
• Prepare and deliver presentations for Sales and Marketing teams.
• Manage paid and organic influencer marketing campaigns across Instagram, Meta and TikTok, coordinating with external partners and monitoring performance.
• Track and report on marketing activities, campaign performance, and KPIs, compiling reports and sharing insights for continuous improvement.
• Execute additional tasks and ad hoc projects with a hands-on, solution-oriented approach.
