Skechers USA, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the Netherlands to partner with the Store Manager and drive business performance. You will lead a high-performing team, support store operations, and help execute sales strategies that contribute to store success.

You will work on developing the team, championing operational excellence, and delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in retail or similar environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to set clear expectations.
• Experience in recruitment and staff development.
• Ability to train and coach team members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Experience with scheduling and workforce planning.
• Experience managing store inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Drive a customer-first culture and deliver exceptional experiences.
• Support day-to-day store operations, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention.
• Analyze store performance using KPIs and help implement improvement actions.
• Participate in recruiting and training Skechers store staff.
• Assist with scheduling and staffing planning.
• Maintain store organization and product displays.
• Step in as leader in Store Manager's absence.
