Job summary

Tobroco-GIANT, located in Oisterwijk, seeks a 1st Assembly Mechanic for a full-time, two-shift role. You will independently assemble, test, and repair machines across the assembly area, ensuring quality and efficiency in a dynamic production environment.

Requirements include 1+ year in machine assembly, technical training, and fluency in Dutch and/or English. The role offers development opportunities and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• Completed LBO or MBO technical training and/or relevant experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in independent machine assembly.
• Good command of Dutch and/or English.
• Strong technical understanding of the assembly process.
• Familiar with Lean and 5S methodologies.

The 1st Class Assembly Mechanic position is a full-time, two-shift job where you will work in a progressive production environment.

Working hours:

• 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:45 PM (Fridays until 8:00 PM, but payment is until 10:45 PM)

Function

The 1st Assembly Mechanic is technically highly developed and therefore widely and independently usable in the assembly of parts into semi-finished or finished products across the entire work area. The primary responsibility is the independent construction, control, commissioning, testing, and execution of repairs on machines in accordance with current standards regarding quality, efficiency, and specifications.

Job Requirements

• Completed LBO or MBO technical training and/or technical knowledge acquired through experience;
• At least 1 year of experience in independent machine assembly;
• Good command of the Dutch and/or English language;
• Extensive technical understanding of the entire assembly process;
• PIP System Knowledge;
• Applicable knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and 5S (preferred);
• A high degree of independence;
• You are ingenious, proactive, and flexible;
• You are meticulous and structured.;
• You are stress-resistant, results-oriented, and solution-focused.
