The 1st Mechanic Assembler position is a full-time, 2-shift position where you will work in a progressive production environment.

Working hours:

• 6:00 AM – 2:15 PM
• 2:00 PM - 10:45 PM (Friday until 8:00 PM, but paid until 10:45 PM)

Function

The 1st Assembly Fitter is technically well-developed and therefore widely and independently usable in the assembly of components into semi-finished or finished products throughout the entire work area. Primary responsibility includes autonomous assembly, checking, commissioning, testing, and carrying out repairs on machinery in accordance with current standards in terms of quality, efficiency, and specifications.

Job Requirements

You are a good First Class Assembly Mechanic if you:

• Completed LBO or MBO technical training and/or technical knowledge acquired through experience;
• Has at least 1 year of experience in independent machine assembly;
• Proficient in Dutch and/or English;
• Has a broad technical knowledge of the entire assembly process.;
• Do you have knowledge about the PIP system?;
• Do you have applicable knowledge of methodologies such as Lean and 5S (prior)?;
• It has a high degree of independence.;
• It's ingenious, proactive, and flexible.;
• It's meticulous and structured.;
• Resilient, results-oriented, and solution-focused.
