Job summary

Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced Technical Writer to support documentation for advanced imaging systems in healthcare worldwide. The role covers drafting manuals, installation guides, and product specifications, translating complex tech into clear, user-friendly content, and updating documentation as software evolves.

You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, designers and SMEs, ensure compliance with medical device standards, and apply modular, single-source authoring

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, technical documentation or training materials.
• Vocational or higher education, for example in Technical Writing, Applied Psychology, Training & Development or a related field.
• Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and/or markup languages.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• A structured and detail-oriented approach.
• Experience working with technical and/or regulatory information is a plus.

Are you a Technical Writer who enjoys turning complex technology into clear, structured documentation?

For an Amaris Consulting project within the medical device industry, we are looking for a Technical Writer to support the development and maintenance of documentation for advanced imaging systems used in healthcare worldwide.

This is a temporary project until the end of 2026, with an immediate start.

Your responsibilities
