Key Responsibilities

We are currently on the lookout for a Technical Support Engineer. You will play a pivotal role in supporting our team\'s efforts in ensuring that our customers are able to seamlessly maintain and optimise our innovative robotics solutions. As a key member of our after-sales team, you will:

• Take ownership of customer issues reported and provide appropriate resolutions.
• Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
• Understand customer requirements and collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver tailored solutions that meet those needs.
• Quickly respond to field service queries to ensure equipment availability.
• Engage in other service-related work.
• Be comfortable working on-site at customer locations (1 - 3 weeks).

Who are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you must have a problem-solving mindset, be proactive, and have an affinity for operational excellence. You meet the following criteria:

• You are a quick learner with excellent hands-on skills, both mechanical and electrical.
• Some years of site engineering experience preferred, but new graduates are also welcome.
• You possess strong communication skills. Proficiency in Chinese and English in both oral and written form is a must.
• Some basic knowledge of network or database is preferred.
• Travel time is around 20% - 40%.
• Applicants must hold a valid EU passport.
