Technical Support Hardware Engineer Warehouse Management Systems IT Support Maintenance

About the Role:

As a Technical Support Engineer (Hardware Engineer) at HelloFresh's Distribution Center in Bleiswijk, you will be crucial in maintaining the technology hardware that supports our production. You'll be part of the Facility and Technical Maintenance team, acting as the hardware expert for systems like Warehouse Management Systems, Pick to Light Systems, and Throughput Measurement Systems. Your primary responsibility is to ensure these systems are operational, contributing to a seamless production process for our operational teams and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve production hardware issues promptly.
• Communicate with third parties and international HelloFresh colleagues for effective issue resolution.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production tech systems.
• Collaborate with the IT Team to perform system upgrades and preventive maintenance for security and stability.
• Maintain accurate records of production devices inventory and oversee equipment replacement or repair.
• Assess the impact of projects and improvements, scoping the necessary work for success.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Solid knowledge of Windows and Android operating systems.
• Basic understanding of networking hardware, support, and protocols.
