APS Personeelservice zoekt een Technisch Specialist in Noord-Brabant (Son en Breugel) om hoogtechnologische systemen te assembleren, integreren, testen en inspecteren. Je draagt technische verantwoordelijkheid, handelt afwijkingen af en werkt aan verbetering van processen en kwaliteit.

Het salaris loopt van €3.380 tot €4.333 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van ervaring en niveau. Er zijn sterke secundaire voorwaarden zoals shifttoeslag en pensioenregeling.

Qualifications

• Ervaring met testen, inspecteren en vrijgeven van complexe modules binnen een productieomgeving.
• Ervaring met identificeren van technische afwijkingen en verbeteren van processen/kwaliteit.
• Goede kennis van ESD, 5S en kwaliteitsnormen en consistente toepassing in dagelijkse werkzaamheden.
• Bereid om in een 2-shift rooster te werken.

Responsibilities

• Complexe modules en systemen assembleren, integreren, testen en inspecteren.
• Technische afwijkingen analyseren en oplossen; kwaliteitsissues aanpakken.
• Collega's ondersteunen bij technische vraagstukken en bijdragen aan continue verbeterinitiatieven.
• Processen en kwaliteitsverbeteringen aandrijven door inefficiënties te identificeren en defects te verminderen.
• Zorgen voor naleving van ESD, 5S en kwaliteitsnormen in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving.

Build and integrate advanced high-tech systems that require precision, technical expertise and a strong eye for quality! As a Technical Specialist, you work on the assembly, integration, testing and inspection of complex modules and complete systems. The work ranges from advanced module assembly to full system integration, troubleshooting and technical ownership of complex builds. As a Technical Specialist you’ll start with a gross monthly salary starting from € 3.380,- up to € 4.333,-, depending on your experience and level.

What will you do?

• Assemble, integrate, test and inspect complex modules and systems
• Identify, analyse and resolve technical deviations and quality issues
• Support colleagues with technical challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Drive process and quality improvements by identifying inefficiencies, reducing defects and improving build consistency
• Maintain compliance with ESD, 5S and quality standards within a controlled high-tech manufacturing environment.

This position is designed for experienced assembly professionals who want to work beyond standard production activities.

Aanbod

As a Technical Specialist you will receive a gross monthly salary starting from € 3.380,- up to € 4.333,-, depending on your experience and level. Which includes:

• A 14.4% shift allowance
• Two-shift schedule: 06:00 to 14:15 and 14:15 to 23:00
