SALT is working with a large, internationally recognised consumer brand to hire a Technical SEO Manager to lead and evolve technical search performance across a complex, high-traffic digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of SEO, engineering, product and analytics, and is ideal for someone who thrives in enterprise environments with multiple markets, platforms and stakeholders.

You’ll own technical SEO strategy and execution end-to-end, ensuring search foundations are scalable, future-proofed, and aligned with broader digital and eCommerce objectives.

• 6‑month contract

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive the technical SEO roadmap across a large, multi‑market website portfolio
• Partner closely with engineering, product and UX teams to embed SEO best practice into releases, migrations and platform improvements
• Support and de‑risk platform migrations, re‑platforming and large‑scale releases
• Define SEO requirements and acceptance criteria within agile delivery frameworks
• Monitor performance, diagnose issues, and translate technical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for non‑SEO stakeholders
• Stay ahead of algorithm updates, emerging search technologies, and evolving technical standards
• Act as a technical SEO subject‑matter expert internally, mentoring others and raising overall SEO maturity

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in technical SEO within large‑scale, high‑traffic websites (enterprise, eCommerce or global brand environments)
• Deep understanding of crawling, rendering, indexing, site architecture and performance optimisation
• Proven ability to manage SEO considerations across multiple markets and languages
• Confident communicator, able to influence senior stakeholders and translate technical detail into commercial impact
• Comfortable operating in fast‑paced, agile environments with multiple workstreams
